All order are shipped within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise. Any items specified as “pre-order” items are considered made to order and take up to 10 business days to ship. Clay + Bloom is not responsible for any package once it has been shipped and accepted by USPS. By purchasing from Clay + Bloom, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.


Clay + Bloom has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in brand new condition to be eligible for a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact hello@shopclayandbloom.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or other issues with your order

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact hello@shopclayandbloom.com immediately if any item in your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will determine if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


  • Must purchase a case minimum of 5 pairs per design, and a minimum of $200 for first time orders. Re-orders are a minimum of $150.
  • Orders must be placed via email with wholesale@shopclayandbloom.com. We will send an invoice, and payment is required upfront before production will begin.
  • Orders of 10-30 earrings may take up to 2 weeks to process. Any order over 30 pairs may take up to 3 weeks.
  • Shipping is a flat rate of $12. Local retailers may request delivery if within 20 miles. 
  • Each pair of earrings will come packaged on an earring card with the Clay + Bloom logo, website URL, and Instagram handle. Retailer must keep the products on their original cards for resale.
  • Exclusively online retailers must credit Clay + Bloom in the product description (ie. "handcrafted earrings by Clay + Bloom")
  • Retailers may use product images from Clay + Bloom if desired. Email wholesale@shopclayandbloom.com for JPGs.


We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.

Clay + Bloom provides handmade jewelry and home goods. The nature of handmade products means that no two items are exactly the same. Please understand that slight variations may occur, and what you receive may look slightly different (and hopefully even better!) than the photo in the listing. 

Clay + Bloom earrings are made with polymer clay, nickel-free earring posts, backs, and hardware, meaning they are totally safe for sensitive ears.

All items are inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if any part of your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact hello@shopclayandbloom.com. 

By consenting to Clay + Bloom’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
